Our personal care services provide one-on-one long-term care to clients with a variety of illnesses in the comfort of their homes and hands-on assistance with activities of daily living . We provide direct assistance with incidental activities of daily living, as well as observation or cueing of the client to safely and appropriately complete activities of daily living and incidental activities of daily living. Providing supervision necessary for the client’s safety at home. We also provide respite to primary caregivers and seek to improve the well-being of the family as a whole.
Every other month; our RN’s attend to our clients for wellness checks and to help maintain their ability to stay in their private residences.
Our personal care services are available to individuals from ages 18 and up, but we also have a long-term support program for children that can be given from 3 to age 17.
